Management Consultant, Program- and Project Manager
Jesper Knudse
English Version
NATIONAL
INTERNATIONAL
I have international experience from assignments (as a program manager and as a training course leader) in the USA, Germany, Finland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Poland, and from international projects located in Denmark with participants from more than 35 nationalities from all over Europe, China, India, Pakistan and the USA.
WORK
Further on I develop programs and conduct competency development courses to change the project culture for organizations, project managers, participants and decision makers (Steering Committees, Head of Departments etc.) in the form of (closed) customised training courses (supporting ISO, PMI and IPMA) and personal coaching as well as teaching in open courses - in Denmark and abroad.
CERTIFIED
I am certified as an International CMC consultant, certified Project Manager (level B) in the international IPMA organization, and has been an assessor (Level B, C, D) in Denmark for 9 years.
I am a skilled communicator and asked to deliver presentations at conferences and seminars regarding project management and leadership.
I am vivid curious about development for myself and my surroundings, and have the Values: Leadership, Integrity, Compassion, and Fun.
Assembling the lunar module landing gear
-
Expertly wedged titanium struts (aka “moon stilts”) into the lunar module’s undercarriage, guided by the soft glow of fluorescent tubes and NASA’s fear‑inducing torque specs.
-
Convinced squeaky hydraulic shock absorbers to stop auditioning for “Looney Tunes,” ensuring each unit clicked obediently into its bracket.
-
Tightened the final bolt with the precision of a Swiss watchmaker—no pressure, just the fate of humanity resting on my torque wrench.
-
Cheered triumphantly as the gear deployed flawlessly in tests, silently mocking gravity and earning my unofficial title of “Moon Dust Connoisseur.”
-
Documented every particulate inspection with more zeal than a teenager’s first social‑media post, strictly adhering to NASA’s delightfully obsessive manuals.

Discovering the lost city of Atlantis
-
Braved treacherous sea currents and school of judgmental dolphins to locate the fabled ruins of Atlantis (GPS coordinates approximately “somewhere under that big blue thing”).
-
Employed cutting‑edge sonar “intuition” and half‑believed ancient maps scribbled on napkins at a maritime-themed pub.
-
Negotiated peace treaties with territorial merfolk, who grudgingly agreed to pose for tourist‑style selfies.
-
Conducted rigorous artifact analysis using my patented “I’m-pretending-this-is-scientific” eye‑squint technique.
-
Authored comprehensive field reports teeming with phrases like “totally real evidence” and “eyewitness accounts (mostly mine),” all while adhering to the Institute’s mandatory wink‑and‑nudge style guide.

Guest Star / Reluctant Extra – Pulp Fiction (1994)
-
Accidentally wandered onto the set looking for the bathroom, ended up in a scene with Samuel L. Jackson
-
Improvised a line that was definitely cut for time (or legal reasons)
-
Held a coffee cup with award-worthy intensity for three takes before spilling it on Quentin Tarantino's shoes
-
Mistaken for John Travolta’s body double – once, from a great distance, in dim lighting
-
Contributed to craft services morale by repeatedly “taste-testing” the donuts
-
Spent 8 hours in the green room debating whether the wallet really said what it said
-
Briefly considered for a spin-off titled Mild Fiction, featuring my character: “Man Sitting Quietly”
-
Personally responsible for 0% of the film’s success, but 100% of the behind-the-scenes bloopers
-
Left the set with a prop spoon and a vague sense of cinematic greatness
-
IMDB credit still pending... any day now
